Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to own the day-to-day success of a portfolio of client campaigns. You'll be the trusted go-to person for our charity partners and marketing company partners - juggling multiple accounts, driving growth, and making sure every campaign hits its mark. This is a hands-on, relationship-first role for someone who loves variety, moves fast, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.

Key responsibilities

- Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships
n
- Managing multiple concurrent accounts and projects, balancing competing deadlines and priorities
n
- Tracking account performance and forecasting to keep campaigns on target
n
- Managing budgets and ensuring partner organisations operate within agreed spend
n
- Partnering with our Business Development team to onboard new clients
n
- Spotting and developing opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
n
- Travelling interstate as needed to support your accounts and partners
n
- Working collaboratively with the internal team and our sub-contracted marketing companies to ensure seamless, joined-up delivery for every client

About you

n

- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management,



client services, or campaign management
n
- Experience in the fundraising or not-for-profit sector is highly regarded
n
- A natural relationship-builder with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident managing budgets, reporting, and numerical data for senior stakeholders
n
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
n
- Comfortable and willing to travel interstate as part of the role
n
- A proactive, resilient, "get it done" attitude — you thrive under pressure, not despite it
n
- A cooperative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and external partners alike
