Delta Temp is hiring a Sales Manager, and we'd rather train a tech to sell than teach a salesperson A/C. If you've spent years installing or servicing air-conditioning, you already have the credibility homeowners trust. We'll teach you the rest.
Over the past year we've built our own sales software from the ground up, and this role sits at the centre of it. We keep the detail to ourselves because it's a real edge over our competitors, but here's a taste.
Proposals your customers can explore and accept online
Quotes you can talk in from the car instead of typing up at night

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend plenty of time on the road doing site inspections, walking properties, scoping jobs, and quoting on the spot.
What you'll do:
- Call and follow up warm leads
- Get out on the road for site inspections
- Quote new A/C systems and installations
- Build relationships with homeowners and property managers
- Run your own pipeline using easy, proven processes

You're a fit if you have:
- A trade background or hands-on A/C / building services experience
