About the Role:

As a key leader of our centre, you'll play a key role in building a vibrant, welcoming, and inspiring environment for children, families, and Educators. It's important you understand the Jenny's ELC values and help to transition the centre to a new level of quality and care.

- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of Educators.

- Connecting with families to build strong, supportive relationships and create a true sense of community.

- Advocating for amazing educational outcomes for children while having fun along the way
