Due to internal progression, we are seeking a proactive and organised Community Engagement Adviser to deliver Monadelphous’ community investment, employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.

This hands-on role combines community engagement, program coordination, communications and events. You will partner with regional operations to support local communities, coordinate grants and donations, deliver events, and share stories that showcase our impact.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, drives outcomes and thrives on building relationships, coordinating stakeholders and turning ideas into action. As part of our Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in strengthening community connections and employee engagement across the business. You’ll develop engaging communications that showcase program outcomes, prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, and coordinate inclusive events and engagement activities that strengthen employee connection and bring our diversity and inclusion commitments to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project & Process Management: Establish structure for core processes, drive end-to-end task execution, and manage multiple concurrent activities to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Cultivate genuine,



cooperative relationships across dispersed teams and communicate clearly and confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Narrative & Content Development: Translate complex information, data, and insights into engaging, compelling stories for various audiences.
- Operational & Administrative Support: Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization across administrative tasks, spreadsheet management, and application maintenance.
- Event & Community Activation: Support the end-to-end delivery and execution of community activations, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Contribute creative ideas, proactive energy, and hands-on support to advance team objectives and cross-functional projects.

What you’ll bring:

- We’re looking for an organized, articulate problem solver who takes complete ownership of projects from start to finish - corporate strategy experience is not mandatory
- A qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, Events or a related discipline.
- Experience in community engagement, communications, events, partnerships, sponsorships, grants administration or a related role.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different roles,



locations and levels of an organisation.
- Experience coordinating projects, events or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Excel.
- An interest in community investment, social impact, diversity and inclusion, or employee engagement
