Warrikal is seeking an experienced Specialist Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of high-precision mechanical maintenance services across critical rotating equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong mechanical professional who can combine deep trade expertise with divisional leadership, driving performance, capability and growth across our mechanical maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic growth and operational structure of Warrikal's Mechanical Maintenance division, including systems, processes and standards.
- Oversee the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of all mechanical maintenance works, ensuring precision technical outcomes.
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of Superintendents, Supervisors and trades personnel, driving capability and succession planning.
- Identify and support current business opportunities, tenders and client relationships to grow the division.
- Manage divisional budgets, forecasts and performance metrics to drive commercial and operational efficiency.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring HSEQ compliance and effective risk management across all activities.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and workforce capability to support operational excellence.

- Advanced Precision Fitting & Mechanical Assembly
- Precision Measurement & Tolerancing
- Mechanical Fault Finding & Condition-Based Maintenance
- Critical Rotating Equipment Maintenance
- Proven leadership experience managing trades teams within a resources/industrial environment
- Strong commercial, operational and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant trade qualification (Fitter/Mechanical Trade) highly desirable
