Audio Visual Officer | AV & Video Conferencing

Support reliable audio visual and video conferencing services across a complex government setting, managing meeting spaces, resolving AV incidents and coordinating vendor support. This role is onsite in Canberra.

Location: ACT
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: ASAP to 30 June 2027, with up to two 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance
Closing Date: 1 October 2026, 11:59pm Canberra time

Essential Tasks

- Manage AV equipment and meeting spaces to ensure reliable meeting and presentation services.
- Configure rooms and provide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and events.
- Triage, prioritise and resolve AV requests and technical incidents through ServiceNow and other channels.
- Coordinate external AV vendors for specialist support and escalated technical issues.

Key Criteria

- Demonstrated AV and video conferencing support experience in corporate or government environments.




- Strong troubleshooting capability across AV systems and collaboration technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and deliver under pressure.
