The Opportunity
Join a dedicated boarding team where you will:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and pastoral care to boarding students
- Support student wellbeing, personal development, and engagement
- Develop positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Promote a protected, inclusive, and supportive residential environment
- Manage day-to-day boarding operations and routines
- Support behaviour management and student wellbeing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with academic and boarding staff
- Contribute to the culture and success of the boarding community

About You
You are a caring and relational leader who:

- Has experience working with young people in education, boarding, wellbeing, residential, or youth settings




- Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to student wellbeing and positive outcomes
- Can build trust and meaningful relationships with students
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
- Thrives in a team-focused environment
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and student care
