About the Role

As Care Team Manager,



you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring residents receive exceptional clinical care and support.

You will:

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses and care staff
- Drive clinical excellence and best-practice care delivery
- Support the management of complex clinical needs
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
- Promote continuous quality improvement and compliance
- Partner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes

About You

You are an experienced Registered Nurse and people leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care. You'll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse + 3-5 years' experience in aged care and/or complex clinical environments.
- Proven clinical leadership experience, including leading,



mentoring and developing high-performing care teams.
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance and quality systems.
- Experience managing complex care needs and clinical decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to improve resident outcomes through person-centred care planning, clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Infection Prevention and Control qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, Dementia Care or Leadership highly desirable.
