Tech BA with 8+ years of experience and minimum of 5+ years of BA experience in Payment’s domain to bridge business requirements and technical implementation across payment systems, and data mapping.

Detailed Job Description

Key Skills Needed:

- Ability to interpret complex payment data flows
- Experience with data mapping between JSON structures, event streams, and databases
- Understanding of payment systems (NPP, RTGS, SWIFT)
- Robust requirements-gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to map business requirements into technical field-level specifications
- Experience with data lineage and data triage
- Working knowledge of SQL

AI & Tooling Skills:

- Familiarity with AI Tools like M365 Copilot
- Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, e.g. M365 Copilot for Excel/data analysis
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
