Endeavour Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner across SA, WA, and NT operations. You will prevent accidents, support compliance, and champion physical safety and mental wellbeing for teams.

Travel across sites, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and drive the safety strategy with field coaching and governance. A solid WHS background in retail/hospitality is essential.
