Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, BI and Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's growing reporting and analytics needs. With several concurrent projects underway, you'll help increase team capacity while delivering scalable, high-quality reporting solutions.

This role will focus on:

- Supporting the migration of reporting and data assets from SQL Server to Databricks
- Designing and implementing robust data models that align with BI best practices
- Developing, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Refactoring existing reports to improve usability, performance and governance
- Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data
- Building DAX measures and semantic models that support business decision-making
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, analytics and data management functions
- Work to KPIs and performance targets in a quick-paced, purpose-driven environment
