Registered Psychologist – Contractor | 60/40 Split

We are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist to join a growing private group on a contractor basis, offering an attractive 60/40 fee split (60 for you) and access to a diverse referral base across Melbourne’s south-eastern and western suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who wants the freedom of contracting while still having the support, systems and referral pathways of an established Group.

The Opportunity

As a Contractor Psychologist, you will provide high-quality psychological assessment and intervention to a diverse client base across:

- Private Mental Health Treatment Plans
- NDIS
- WorkCover
- TAC
- SIRA
- Private-paying clients

You will have the chance to develop a caseload around your clinical interests, preferred client population and availability, with flexibility across locations in Melborune.

Selection Criteria:

We are looking for a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration who is passionate about delivering evidence-based, person-centred psychological care.

You will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Medicare provider eligibility
- Experience working with adults and/or adolescents
- Experience with Mental Health Treatment Plans, NDIS, WorkCover, TAC and/or SIRA clients is highly regarded
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A professional, ethical and client-centred approach
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a clinical caseload
- Current relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain them
