As a Partnership Support Specialist, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
- Manage incoming integration requests from third-party partners, and foster the development of strong commercial relationships,
- Effectively manage our third-party Partner Industry Previewer process to ensure that our partners' products continue to function with new software releases,
- Implement continual improvements to the vendor integration and onboarding process,
- Be an established point of contact and subject matter expert for third-party partner integrations or technical issues,
- Ensure the conformance of all third-party integration requests to appropriate industry regulations,
- Create and maintain technical documentation relevant to the third-party integration support process.
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
- 3+ years in the information technology industry, specifically in Application Support,
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, REST APIs, and FHIR is desirable,
- Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple concurrent engagements and initiatives,
- High-order skills in written and verbal communications, reasoning, judgement, and problem solving, Proficiency in troubleshooting, and analytical skills,
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of stakeholders,
including customers, external partners, and all internal members within the organisation,
- Aptitude with Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM and/or software support systems,
- Experience with medical software, and/or the health industry is desirable, however, not essential.
