The Opportunity:

From the first coffee at a conference to the final toast at a celebration, the small details shape how guests remember an event. As a Food & Beverage Guide in the Conferencing & Events team, you will help make those moments feel effortless.

You will prepare event spaces, welcome guests and deliver attentive food and beverage service throughout each event. Working alongside the wider team, you will keep an eye on timing, notice what guests need and make sure every space is ready for what comes next.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, with an expected 24-38 hours per week.

The Talent:

You have experience in food and beverage service and enjoy being part of a well-run event. You are attentive, adaptable and comfortable moving between room preparation, guest service, bar service and clearing and resetting spaces.

You will bring:

- Previous food and beverage experience, ideally in a hotel, events venue or busy hospitality setting
- Bar service experience, including cocktail preparation
- A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- A warm, skilled approach and confidence speaking with guests
- An eye for presentation and the ability to work well with colleagues across an event
- Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings,



weekends and public holidays
