Detailed Job Description

- 12plus years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.

- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams in enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in:

o React.js

o Next.js

o Type Script

o NX Workspace / Monorepo Architecture

- Experience integrating with .NET Core APIs and microservices.

- Solid understanding of Azure services including:

o Azure App Insights

o Azure Storage

o Azure SQL / Database Services

o AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)

- Sitecore Headless (XM Cloud/Sitecore JSS) experience.

- Experience with digital experience platforms and CMS solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.

- Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering engineering excellence and collaboration.





- Drive technical design and architecture decisions for digital experience platforms.

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and NX monorepo architecture.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Support CI/CD practices and cloud-native deployments on Azure and Kubernetes platforms.

- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.

- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and production support activities.

- Contribute to technology roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience.
