About the Role

As Finance & Payroll Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the Club's Finance team, keeping accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger processes running accurately and on time. It's a genuinely varied role, spanning payroll processing, supplier accounts, Member billing and support for member financial queries, with real ownership over the processes you run.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including supplier invoices and payment runs via our Lighthouse AP and NorthStar ERP system.

- Handle Member invoicing, statement generation, account queries and adjustments with a high standard of service and professionalism.





- Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time, including recent starters, terminations and leave.

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash at bank and support financial month-end processes.

- Provide general administration and finance system support across the Finance team.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a similar finance, accounts or payroll role.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay flexible in a changing environment.

- Advanced MS Office skills, with real confidence in Excel.

- Experience with financial/accounting systems - exposure to accounts payable platforms is a bonus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine ability to build relationships.
