The successful applicant will:

- Hold or studying towards a Bachelor in Early Education or ACECQA approved qualification

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and National Quality Standards

- Hold a current Paid Blue Card

- First-aid and CPR certificate preferred but not necessary

- Willingness to learn and be apart of a well established team

- Excellent communication skills
