About the Role
A rare opportunity to take the helm of the kitchen at one of Sydney’s most recognised and respected pubs. Famous for unapologetically excellent pub food, exceptional produce and consistently high service standards, this is a venue where the kitchen genuinely matters. The menu is familiar, generous and confidently executed, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and delivering the kind of food guests come back for.

As Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen operation, leading a talented team while maintaining the standards that have built the venue’s reputation. You’ll have the opportunity to influence menus, develop the team and continue evolving an already successful food offering without losing what makes it special.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef. High volume bistro food is a must. This venue will require a genuine passion for high-quality pub food and the leadership skills to run a busy, demanding kitchen.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience leading a busy pub or high-volume hospitality kitchen




- Strong knowledge of quality, contemporary pub food
- Excellent kitchen leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of food costs, labour and kitchen operations
- A hands-on approach with high standards for consistency and presentation
- The ability to maintain quality during periods of significant trade
- A genuine pride in hospitality, food and service
