- Monday to Friday: $40.67 per hour
- Saturday: $48.80 per hour
- Sunday: $56.94 per hour

The opportunity
Working across lunch and dinner service, you will help deliver consistent, quality food for members and guests. Casual shifts may include nights, weekends and split shifts.

- Prepare and present high-quality meals during service.
- Complete food preparation, production and storage tasks.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Support different kitchen sections during busy services.
- Set up and close service areas efficiently.




- Contribute to a clean, organised and secure kitchen.

What you will bring

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent qualification.
- Commercial kitchen experience and sound food preparation skills.
- Availability for lunch and dinner service, including nights and weekends.
- A reliable and flexible approach to casual shifts and split shifts.
- A commitment to food safety, consistency and teamwork.
