About the Role

AAA Metal Recycling / Senarabull is seeking a reliable and versatile Office Assistant & Animal Care Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a unique and varied role that combines office administration, customer service and animal care. You will play an important part in assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our operations while also helping care for our animals.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

- Operating a computer-based weighbridge system and accurately recording incoming and outgoing vehicles.

- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing friendly, qualified service.

- Completing general administration duties, including filing and record keeping.

- Conducting bank runs and cash reconciliations.

- Completing general and ad hoc tasks as required.

- Providing daily care and attention to our dogs and animals, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.

- Working across our Kwinana, Malaga and Southern River locations as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:





- Genuinely loves dogs and animals and is comfortable caring for them.

- Is reliable, punctual and dependable.

- Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Can multitask and manage a variety of duties throughout the day.

- Has a friendly and professional approach to customer service.

- Is confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.

- Can work independently and take initiative.

- Has reliable personal transport and a valid driver's licence.
