The Role

We’re looking for an independent and collaborative Inventory Solutions Specialist to hit the ground running and build relationships at our Regency Park site!

Working closely with our sales team, you’ll help manage customer requirements, coordinate sales activity and ensure commitments are followed through. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your day-to-day priorities while collaborating with stakeholders across the business to keep customers, opportunities and delivery moving.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop proposals and tailored inventory solutions that help our sales teams win and retain business
- Build robust relationships with existing & prospective customers to understand their evolving needs
- Support Account Managers with customer retention and growth opportunities
- Coordinate the implementation of customer inventory solutions, including vendor managed inventory, vending machines, shutdowns and other onsite services
- Manage the deployment, setup and commissioning of assets at customer sites
- Travel to customer and Blackwoods sites across metropolitan and regional South Australia as required.

You’ll ideally have:





- 2+ years’ experience in sales support, account management or a similar commercial/customer-facing role
- Previous exposure to coordinating delivery of customer initiatives would be highly regarded (but is not necessary for success in the role)
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of how your role contributes to the broader sales process
- The confidence to hit the ground running and take ownership of your work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments and built thriving relationships
- A valid driver's license will be required
