We're looking for a junior with great communication skills to assist with administration and support field technicians servicing and upgrading security systems.
About the role
- Help clients with enquiries in person or by phone and email
- Entering work orders and quote requests into the job management system
- Scheduling technician's visits and parts
- Receiving parts and entering invoices into the accounting system.
- General filing and admin tasks.
