Role Highlights:

Working closely with customers, warehouse, and distribution teams, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training, develop strong product knowledge, and become an important part of a supportive and established team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing account support
- Assist customers with pricing enquiries, invoicing, credits, and general account enquiries
- Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure orders, deliveries, and customer expectations are managed effectively
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers with product enquiries
- Maintain accurate customer information and manage enquiries through internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide professional and responsive customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile:

- Must be an Australian Citizen/ have full working rights




- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build positive customer relationships
- Confident using computers, including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Flexible and willing to work within the required operational hours
