Your Role

As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance, people and day-to-day operations of the Seven Hills store.
You'll be expected to lead from the front, create a strong sales-focused environment and develop a team that consistently delivers outstanding service and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach,



mentor and motivate your team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets while creating a positive, high-performance culture.
- Drive Sales Performance: Take ownership of store revenue, identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure customers receive knowledgeable, professional and solution-focused service every time they visit the store.
- Manage Store Performance: Monitor sales results, KPIs and team performance and take proactive action to improve results.
- Build a Strong New-Store Culture: Play a key role in establishing expectations, standards and team culture as part of the Seven Hills opening.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee staffing, rostering, stock control, merchandising, workplace standards and daily operational requirements.
- Develop Your People: Conduct regular coaching, performance discussions and ongoing development to build a capable and engaged team.
- Maintain Strong Stock & Merchandising Standards: Ensure stock availability, presentation and merchandising standards support both the customer experience and sales performance.
- Lead by Example: Remain hands-on and visible on the sales floor,



supporting your team and engaging directly with customers.

What We're Looking For

We want to hear from experienced retail leaders who know how to manage people, drive sales and take ownership of business performance.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Senior Retail Manager or senior sales leader
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and improve store performance
- Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills
- Confidence managing performance, setting expectations and holding teams accountable
- Strong organisational and operational management skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment
- Experience within tools, trade, hardware, automotive, electrical or similar retail environments is advantageous, but not essential
