We are seeking an experienced Senior EUC & Telephony Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure & Platforms team based in Archerfield on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the EUC Platform Manager, you will play a key role in leading the optimisation, support, security, and continuous improvement of Sime Industrial's End User Computing (EUC) platforms and modern workplace technologies.

As a senior technical specialist, you'll provide technical leadership across Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, device lifecycle management, workplace technology services, and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing services that enable our people to do their best work.

You'll also contribute to platform standards, documentation, operational excellence, endpoint security initiatives, and the successful transition of projects into business-as-usual support.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior EUC & Telephony Engineer at Sime Industrial, you will:

- Manage, optimise, and enhance Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, device provisioning, and modern workplace technologies to deliver a secure and seamless user experience.
- Lead the management of the endpoint lifecycle, including Autopilot, device compliance, software deployment, policy management, endpoint security, and user experience improvements.
- Provide senior technical leadership and support for EUC platforms, leading the resolution of complex incidents, problems, and platform issues.
- Monitor platform performance, compliance, security posture, availability, and reliability while implementing proactive improvements and preventative measures.
- Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across end-user computing, workplace technology, and endpoint management services.




- Support and maintain enterprise collaboration and communications technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, Cisco Webex, and associated workplace services.
- Contribute technical expertise to projects involving endpoint modernisation, Intune and cloud management initiatives, platform upgrades, workplace transformation programmes, and the successful transition of solutions into BAU support.
- Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver secure, reliable, and customer-focused technology outcomes.

What you'll need

- Demonstrated experience in End User Computing (EUC), Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or a similar senior technical engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysi

- Experience working with vendors and managing services against SLAs and KPIs.
- Experience supporting collaboration and communications platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, Cisco Webex, or equivalent technologies.
- A passion for customer service, continuous improvement, automation, and up-to-date workplace technologies.
- Relevant IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications, particularly Intune, Microsoft 365, or Endpoint Administrator certifications, will be highly regarded.
