At the same time, there is a clear focus on improving the overall customer experience, not just maintaining content, but understanding how users interact with digital platforms and where those experiences can be improved.

This role has been created to support both.

To ensure delivery keeps pace, while also building capability within the team to contribute to optimisation and performance over time.

The Role

As a Digital Coordinator, you’ll work across website content, campaign updates and ongoing improvements to the digital experience.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll build core capability in managing digital platforms, understanding how changes are delivered, and operating effectively in a live environment.

You’ll manage incoming requests, prioritise work and take ownership of delivery, working closely with marketing and internal stakeholders.

Over time, your role will expand beyond execution.

You’ll begin contributing to how the digital experience is improved, using data, testing and observation to inform better outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Manage website content updates through a structured workflow

• Deliver campaign changes across digital platforms

• Ensure all work is accurate,



compliant and delivered to a high standard

• Take ownership of tasks from request through to completion

• Review performance data and user behaviour

• Contribute to testing and identify opportunities to improve the experience

The Environment

You’ll be working within a small, collaborative digital team with exposure across multiple platforms.

This includes websites, mobile experiences and customer-facing systems, giving you visibility across how digital operates end-to-end.

The team works closely with marketing and internal stakeholders, providing a broader view of how digital supports the business.

Hybrid working model, typically two days per week in the office.

What You’ll Bring

• Some experience working in a digital or web environment

• Experience using a CMS to manage and update website content

• A basic understanding of how websites and user journeys function
