Insurance Senior Associate (Health) | Melbourne | National Law Firm

Exceptional Opportunity
An excellent prospect has become available for a Senior Associate to join the Health team of a well-regarded national law firm in Melbourne.

Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will advise and represent a broad range of healthcare clients including hospitals, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers across a diverse mix of health law matters.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

- Approximately 4-7 years' post-admission experience, ideally in health law or insurance litigation
- The ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes

The Opportunity
You'll work on a broad mix of matters, including:

- Professional indemnity and medical negligence claims
- Disciplinary and regulatory proceedings
- Coronial inquests
- Complex litigated matters
- Risk management and advisory work
