Living Choice Australia is seeking an experienced Village Operations Manager to oversee operations across our Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast villages.
Reporting to the General Manager - Village Operations, you'll provide leadership, coaching and support to Village Managers while driving operational excellence, compliance, resident satisfaction and community engagement across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional retirement living communities.
About the Role
You will:
- Lead and support Village Managers across multiple villages
- Drive operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement
- Build robust relationships with residents, families and committees
- Oversee budgets, reporting and operational performance
- Support village projects, refurbishments and new developments
- Ensure villages operate to the highest standards of presentation, safety and resident experience
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Construction teams
- Travel regularly between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast locations
About You
You will bring:
- Senior leadership experience within retirement living, aged care, hospitality, property or multi-site operations
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing budgets, compliance and operational performance
- A customer-focused approach and passion for community living
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
