Are you confident building relationships with landlords and turning opportunities into new managements? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our residential property management portfolio across the Inner West.

This is a hands-on growth role. You’ll build your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals and local market activity, then guide each current landlord from the first conversation through to a smooth handover with the property management team.

What you’ll do

- Win new managements through landlord conversations, rental appraisals and clear presentations of our service.

- Build referral relationships with our sales team, local professionals and investor contacts.

- Follow up opportunities consistently and keep accurate records in the CRM.

- Use local rental activity and property data to identify owners who may be considering a change of managing agent.

- Prepare proposals and management agreements, then ensure each new property is ready for handover.





- Track your activity, conversions and pipeline against agreed growth targets.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have experience in business development, leasing, sales or property management, with the confidence to generate leads and convert opportunities. You understand what landlords expect, can discuss fees and service value clearly, and take care with the details that make onboarding work.

You’ll also be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while staying closely connected with the sales and property management teams. You’ll need a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, a driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
