As part of our ongoing commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our learners, we are investing in the growth of our Diverse Learning team with the appointment of four Teacher's Aides across our Junior and Senior Schools. These appointments will enable us to further enhance the personalised support we provide, ensuring that understanding and responding to individual student needs remains at the core of everything we do.

We recognise that talented educators and support professionals bring diverse experiences and needs of their own. While these appointments are intended to be permanent full-time positions, we welcome conversations about adaptable work arrangements and may consider part-time or job-share opportunities for the right candidates. About the Roles

- Working as part of the Diverse Learning team, you will:

- Support students with a range of learning needs within Junior or Senior School classrooms.

- Assist students to access the curriculum and engage confidently in learning.

- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement adjustments and support strategies.

- Encourage student independence, organisation, confidence, and self-advocacy.

- Provide individual and small-group support as required.

- Contribute positively to the wellbeing and academic progress of students.





- Participate as an active member of a supportive and professional learning support team.

About You

You will:

- Have relevant qualifications in education, learning support, disability support, or a related field.

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed.

- Have experience working with students with diverse learning needs, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.

- Be patient, empathetic, organised, and proactive.

- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Support the Christian ethos and values of Tara Anglican School for Girls.
