Key responsibilities
- Stocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented and replenished
- Greeting every Owl customer with a friendly smile and hello
- Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
- Conduct regular checks of fuel equipment and report any issues
- Maintaining high retail standards across the store
- Ensure fuel dispensing is safe and compliant with site procedures
- Using initiative to identify tasks that need attention
- Supporting a busy team environment with a proactive approach
- Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions
- Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness
About you
- Prior retail experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued
- Fuel and retail experience will be highly regarded
- Relevant working rights
