About the Opportunity

Whether you're beginning your allied health career or looking for an environment where you can keep developing your clinical expertise, Therapy Alliance Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, QLD, with opportunities available across all experience levels.

You'll work across a mixed caseload of children and adults, giving you genuine clinical variety from day one. As you settle in, we'll work with you to tailor your caseload toward your areas of special interest, supported by exceptional supervision and a career pathway program built for your specific stage, not just a standard new-grad track.

Duties

- Assess, diagnose and treat activities of daily living, and motor, sensory and emotional regulation difficulties

- Support clients experiencing challenges relating to memory, play and social skills

- Develop and deliver individualised therapeutic interventions

- Maintain timely clinical records, case notes and written reports, and manage appointment/billing records

- Build relationships with clients, families, referrers and the wider community

- Contribute to clinical resources and quality improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy)





- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A willingness to learn and comfort adapting as circumstances change

- A genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their unique potential
