About the Opportunity

Whether you're beginning your allied health career or looking for an environment where you can keep developing your clinical expertise, Therapy Alliance Group is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, QLD, with opportunities available across all experience levels.

You'll work across a diverse child and adult caseload, giving you genuine clinical variety from day one. As you settle in, we'll work with you to tailor your caseload toward your areas of special interest, supported by exceptional supervision and a career pathway program built for your specific stage, not just a standard new-grad track.

Duties

- Deliver high-quality assessment and intervention within your professional scope, across a diverse child and adult caseload

- Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with clients, families and the broader multidisciplinary team

- Develop broad clinical capability early in your career, with scope to tailor your caseload as your experience grows

- Build relationships with clients, families, referrers and the wider community

- Contribute to clinical resources and quality improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology

- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia





- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A willingness to learn and comfort adapting as circumstances change

- A genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their unique potential
