Allied Recruitment is seeking multiple HC Container Drivers for ongoing opportunities based in the Fremantle area. Both opportunities involve transporting shipping containers across the Perth metropolitan area, with early AM starts and long shifts.
We’re looking for experienced sideloader operators and HC drivers with semi skeletal trailer experience who are keen to learn sideloaders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating HC trucks on metropolitan container runs
- Loading, unloading and transporting shipping containers
- Completing pre-start checks and required driving documentation
- Following road safety, fatigue management and site procedures
- Communicating with the operations team throughout your shift
Requirements:
- Current HC licence
- Either proven sideloader experience or semi skeletal trailer experience and a willingness to learn sideloaders
- Commercial driver medical and online fatigue management certificate
- Good driving record and a solid focus on safety
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
A current MSIC and National Police Clearance are beneficial.
