About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the West Lakes team and take ownership of the store's day-to-day performance. You’ll be responsible for more than just hitting sales targets. You’ll create a team environment where people are motivated to perform, customers receive an exceptional experience and the store consistently delivers against its commercial goals.

You’ll be hands-on across the shop floor, coaching your team, managing performance, maintaining visual standards and making sure the store is operating at its best.

What you will do

- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales, wage and store performance targets
- Create a strong, positive and accountable team culture
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support
- Manage performance and address opportunities for improvement when required
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of service
- Manage store rostering and ensure appropriate coverage across trading periods




- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards across the store
- Stay across product, fashion trends and customer expectations
- Lead by example and remain actively involved on the shop floor
- Support the Area Manager with broader store and business initiatives
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and in line with company expectations

What you will bring

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or a similar high-volume retail environment
- A proven ability to achieve sales, wage and KPI targets
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people
- Experience providing feedback and managing team performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach and strong commercial awareness
- Confidence managing rosters and day-to-day store operations
- Previous visual merchandising experience
- A strong understanding of fashion, styling and current trends
- Energy, resilience and a hands-on approach to leadership
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and public holidays when required
