Construction Foreman / Supervisor

An established commercial construction contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Supervisor to join their growing Brisbane team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background across commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment who enjoys being hands-on, coordinating trades and driving projects on site.

The Projects

You’ll work across a diverse range of commercial projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas, including:

- Education

- Defence

- Aged Care

- Commercial

- Fit-Out & Refurbishment

- Live environment projects

The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of site activities, including:

- Coordinating subcontractors and trades

- Managing daily site activities and programme requirements

- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship

- Ensuring WHS and site compliance

- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

- Monitoring progress against programme

- Assisting with short-term planning and sequencing of works

- Liaising with the wider project team, subcontractors and suppliers

- Identifying and resolving site issues

- Driving projects through to successful handover

About You





We’re looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar within commercial construction

- Experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and/or construction projects

- Strong trade and subcontractor coordination skills

- Good understanding of construction sequencing and methodology

- Strong focus on safety, quality and programme

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative site team

- Relevant construction qualifications, tickets and licences
