The role

In this role, you will support the design and delivery of major roads and highways projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transport infrastructure outcomes.

- Coordinate civil design packages across major transport infrastructure projects
- Develop, review and deliver technical design outputs for roads and highways works
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project delivery
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout design and delivery phases
- Support project planning and help ensure designs meet relevant standards and project requirements
- Take ownership of key design elements and contribute to broader project delivery outcomes

What We're Looking For

- Approximately 8-10 years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on transport infrastructure, roads and highways
- Experience delivering work on major infrastructure projects, ideally within the major D&C; setting
- Strong capability in general civil design, including alignment design and related road infrastructure elements such as road furniture




- Proficiency in 12d and confidence producing or coordinating high-quality civil design outputs
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, while liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in a zone lead, coordination, or design leadership capacity, or the ambition to grow into a Design Manager/Technical Lead pathway
