Join our team as a Lead Educator! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our welcoming team in a Part-Time position.

In this rewarding role, you will lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support children's development through play-based programs, and create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive.

At Milestones Tingalpa, we provide a warm and nurturing early learning setting for children aged 0-5 years. Conveniently located on Manly Road, Tingalpa, our centre is a trusted part of the local community, recognised for its supportive team culture, engaging learning spaces, and strong partnerships with families. We take pride in fostering meaningful connections and creating opportunities for children to learn, grow, and flourish every day.

About you:





- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
- A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
