What you'll be doing This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll use your sales skills, confidence and ability to build rapport to turn inbound customer enquiries into bookings.
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
- Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
- Recommend relevant products and services
- Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
- Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Work closely with experienced leaders and receive ongoing coaching

Previous contact centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
