This role will take responsibility for coordinating the business across sales, estimating, design, production, installation, purchasing, customer service and administration.
You will provide clear direction to the team, improve workflow and accountability, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time and to the required quality standard. This role is ideal for a practical and commercially minded leader who can work both strategically and operationally in a small-business environment.

About you
- Demonstrated experience managing a manufacturing, joinery, cabinetry, construction or trade-based business
- Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, purchasing and cost control
- Experience leading and developing a small team
- The ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- A practical,
organised and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The confidence to make decisions and hold people accountable
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer service
