TowX Group is looking for an energetic and personable Customer Experience & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied, people-focused role sitting at the heart of our business.

You'll be one of the first people our customers speak to, helping them when they need us, converting incoming enquiries into bookings and building strong relationships with our growing customer base.

You'll also work closely with our management team, providing day-to-day support and helping keep a fast-moving business organised and moving forward.

No cold calling. No scripted call centre environment.

Instead, we're looking for someone who is naturally good with people, loves getting things done and gets satisfaction from turning a conversation into a great customer experience.

WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE

No two days at TowX Group are exactly the same.

One minute you might be helping a customer organise the transport of their vehicle. The next, you're speaking with an insurance company, dealership or commercial client about their requirements.

You could then be following up a quote, coordinating an appointment for management, responding to an significant email or reconnecting with an existing customer to see how else we can support them.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking inbound customer enquiries by phone and email

- Turning enquiries and quotes into confirmed bookings

- Building genuine relationships with new and existing customers

- Following up opportunities and maintaining customer contact

- Developing relationships with our commercial and business clients

- Providing customers with a friendly, confident and professional experience





- Liaising with our operations team to ensure customer requirements are understood

- Identifying opportunities for additional and repeat business

- Maintaining accurate customer and job information

- Assisting management with correspondence and follow-ups

- Coordinating appointments, meetings and reminders

- Preparing documents, emails and basic reports

- Helping management stay on top of priorities and action items

- Getting involved in other areas of the business as opportunities arise

WHO WOULD LOVE THIS ROLE?

You might currently work in customer service, sales, account management, administration, reception, insurance, automotive, property, logistics or another service-based industry.

Your exact background isn't particularly important to us.

You'll probably be someone who:

- Communicates professionally by phone, email and in person

- Can think on their feet when priorities change

- Is comfortable working closely with management





- Takes pride in getting things finished properly

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, initiative and personality.

We can teach you towing and transport.

We can't teach you to genuinely enjoy dealing with people.
