What You'll Deliver

- Scope and estimate civil engineering design projects

- Produce detailed road, traffic, and civil infrastructure documentation

- Direct design staff on task priorities and deliverables

- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and subconsultants

- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What You'll Bring to the Drawing Board

- Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher

- Proven civil design background in urban and rural roads

- Proficiency in 12d, Civil 3D, or AutoCAD

- Deep knowledge of Austroads and TMR standards

- Australian citizenship required
