The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a qualified and reliable Family Relations Consultant with excellent communication skills to join our friendly head office team in Bondi.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all new enrolment leads and supporting service occupancy targets through effective, family-centred sales and engagement strategies. You will also provide ongoing support to enrolled families, assisting with enrolment-related enquiries throughout their journey with Active Kids Group.

Your duties will include but not be limited to -

- Acting as the first point of contact for prospective families via phone, email, and live chat

- Managing all enrolments administration, including enrolment amendments, welcome communications, and responding to family enquiries

- Booking and coordinating centre tours for prospective families

- Ensuring all enrolments and terminations are in line with policies and regulations

- Maintaining external and Internal waitlist





- Liaising with families regarding account enquiries, including fees and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements

- Following up on additional day requests and upselling of days

- Actively working with the Family Relations and Marketing team along with Centre coordinators to ensure services and occupancy is aligned

- Actively contributing to sales outcomes and the ongoing management of centre occupancy

Skills and Qualifications

- Full Australian Working Rights

- Current WWCC or willing to obtain

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated sales or enrolment conversion experience, including lead follow-up and occupancy growth

- High level of computer literacy and confidence using CRM and enrolments systems

- Warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude

- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and passion for delivering an exceptional family experience

- Previous experience in the Early Childhood industry (highly regarded)

- Qik Kids or OWNA software experience preferred
