An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Yard Forklift Operator to join a busy industrial operation based in Wacol.
This is a hands-on yard role involving heavy materials, equipment and ugly freight. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials around the yard and keeping freight organised and moving safely. This is a fast-paced environment offering consistent hours and a genuine temp-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Duties

- Operate counterbalance forklifts in a busy industrial yard
- Load and unload trucks with heavy and oversized freight
- Handle ugly, awkward and difficult-to-manage loads
- Move heavy materials, equipment and components
- Assist with dispatch and general yard duties
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised yard

Skills & Experience

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven industrial yard or warehouse forklift experience
- Genuine ugly freight experience essential
- Experienced loading and unloading trucks
- Confident handling heavy materials and equipment




- Safety-focused with good situational awareness
- Physically fit and reliable
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
