The Tomakin Sports & Social Club is located 3.5 hours south of Sydney and 2 hours east of Canberra on the Picturesque south coast of NSW.

We take Pride in our Club's positive culture and giving the friendliest service, atmosphere & the highest quality Club cuisine at each of our venues.

We are currently looking for Trade-qualified Chef's with experience in high volume kitchens, in our club:

- Tomakin Sports and Social Club situated in Tomakin NSW

We offer full-time, or casual work depending on your preference and suitability.

Our fantastic food offering is always improving, and with steady growth within our venues, we're seeking experienced Chef's to join our kitchen team in on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will need:

- Passionate culinary skills

- Knowledge of service standards, safety management, and kitchen ordering systems

- Effective “plate-up” and portion control abilities

- Passion for compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including allergen management

- Experience in a rapid-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Effective communication skills

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant qualification
