About this Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a CNC Operator to join our team based in Wingfield SA on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC lathes, cutting, threading and specialised machinery

- Follow production schedules while maintaining quality standards





- Perform routine machine and quality checks

- Maintain safe and effective work practices

- Accurately record production information and report issues promptly

- Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and KPIs

- Carry out basic preventative maintenance

- CNC Machine set-up

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications

- Follow all health and safety procedures when performing tasks

About you

- Relevant trade qualification is preferred, with a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required

- Experience in CNC machining, manual machining, fitting & turning, toolmaking, or manufacturing environments

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Safety-focused with good communication skills
