About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing team environment, providing clear direction, supporting your crew and ensuring project requirements, safety standards and schedules are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and coordinate crews effectively across site operations

- Provide clear direction, support and guidance to team members

- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, procedures and safety requirements

- Communicate effectively with management, clients and site personnel

- Identify and address issues to keep work progressing to schedule

- Promote strong safety, quality and housekeeping standards

- Support the development and performance of crew members

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Construction White Card

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- BSBWHS411: Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs

- BSBWHS414: Contribute to WHS risk management

- Completed S26 DEMIR Exam

- Ability to read and interpret scope of work, drawings and project documentation

- Previous experience working in shutdown environments
