About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our Underwood team. Whether you have a background in retail sales, customer service or the trades, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Sales experience and confidence working towards targets
- An interest in tools, power tools or the construction industry




- A positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Basic computer skills
- Trade or construction experience is highly regarded but not essential

Your Day-to-Day

- Assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Recommend the right products and provide expert advice
- Promote current specials and new product ranges
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally
- Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation
- Continue developing your product knowledge through ongoing training

Roster: 11-day fortnight, including one rostered weekend day each week.
