Warehouse Leader | SAP & High Reach Forklift Experience Essential | $46.00 Per Hour

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills, advanced SAP experience, and proven high reach forklift capability? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Leader to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role with a high likelihood of permanency while working within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, and team success.

Key Details:

- Pay Rate: $46.00 per hour
- Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: Murarrie, QLD
- Essential Requirements: SAP Experience & High Reach Forklift Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity and service targets
- Operate high reach forklifts for putaways, replenishment, stock movements, and order picking
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations, and reconciliations
- Process inventory transactions, goods receipts, and stock movements within SAP
- Coordinate receiving, dispatch, and transport activities
- Allocate daily workloads and support warehouse staff to meet operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Strong SAP experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Current LF Forklift Licence with proven High Reach forklift experience
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Leader, Team Leader, Warehouse Coordinator, Senior Storeperson, or similar role
- Sound understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy
- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
