RSM Painting is growing across Perth and is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of painting projects from commencement through to completion. This is a hands on leadership role coordinating painters and subcontractors, keeping work on schedule, and maintaining quality and safety on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple painting projects across the Perth metro area and plan daily and weekly work
- Coordinate painters, subcontractors, materials and equipment
- Monitor workmanship, complete quality checks and manage defects and handovers
- Liaise with builders, clients, project managers and other trades
- Resolve site issues, monitor progress and communicate updates internally
- Maintain workplace health and safety and site compliance standards
- Build an accountable and productive site team
About you
- Experience supervising painting, construction or finishing trades
- Knowledge of commercial or residential painting projects and experience leading crews
- Strong planning,
communication, problem solving and attention to detail
- A practical understanding of workplace safety
- Current Australian driver's licence and White Card
- Painting trade experience is highly regarded
- Full Working Rights in Australia - No Temporary VISAs
